The App provides AI-powered tools for generating social media content, stylish Unicode fonts, curated technology facts, and interactive HTML5 games. 2. Information We Collect

Device Information: When you first open the App, we generate a unique Device ID (UUID) to identify your device. This allows us to save your preferences, favorites, and usage history without requiring you to create a traditional user account. No personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number is collected.

Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage analytics including the types of tools used (font conversions, AI generations, facts viewed, game sessions), daily usage counts, and feature interactions. This data helps us improve the App experience and optimize our AI models.

Game Progression & Ads: We store your game progression, coin balances, and unlocked shop items locally and on our servers associated with your Device ID. To provide rewarded features, we use third-party ad networks (like AdMob) which may collect anonymous device information to serve relevant ads.

AI Input Data: When you use our AI-powered tools (Caption Generator, Hashtag Generator, Hook Generator, Post Generator, Video Script Generator, or Engagement Predictor), the text prompts you provide (such as topics, categories, and preferences) are sent to our third-party AI providers for processing. This data is used solely to generate your requested content and is not stored permanently by our AI providers.

Favorites & History: The App stores your bookmarked items (fonts, symbols, nicknames, bios, AI-generated content) and conversion history locally and on our servers, associated with your Device ID.

3. Third-Party Services

CreatorKit AI uses the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini API — For AI content generation (captions, hashtags, hooks, scripts, posts, engagement predictions)
• OpenAI API — As a fallback AI provider for content generation
• RevenueCat — For managing premium subscriptions and in-app purchases through Google Play Store
• Supabase — For secure cloud database storage of facts, usage data, and device preferences
• Google AdMob — For serving rewarded advertisements in the games section

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with these providers beyond what is necessary to deliver the App's functionality.

• To provide and maintain CreatorKit AI's features and services
• To save your favorites, bookmarks, and conversion history
• To track game progression, coin balances, and unlocked items

5. Data Retention

• Conversion History: Automatically deleted after 5 days
• Favorites: Retained as long as the App is installed and active on your device
• Device Data: Retained while your device is registered with our service
• AI Generation Logs: Retained for service improvement and usage tracking; do not contain personally identifiable information

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• JSON Web Token (JWT) authentication for all API communications
• HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between the App and our servers
• Rate limiting (60 requests per hour per device) to prevent abuse
• Secure cloud infrastructure through our hosting providers

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

CreatorKit AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Delete all your data: Use the "Delete All User Data" option in the App's Profile/Settings section to remove all your stored data including favorites, history, and device registration
• Opt out of analytics: Contact us to request exclusion from anonymous usage analytics
• Access your data: Contact us to request information about the data we hold associated with your Device ID
